I'm actually not sure if it is the hackers or Blockstream. When I follow where that transaction comes from it doesn't look like it comes from the stolen coins.

mempool.space does not make it easy to do tracing though.

Good point, probably blockstream. If the attacker has a clue they'd send that 1 message and maybe sandbag a signature not previously revealed for later proof.

They could have just emailed blockstream to set up a Signal chat.
