A throwaway pseudonym gets you almost the same deniability (no real identity attached) while keeping a wallet, a reputation, and somewhere for replies and zaps to actually land.

So the only real case for true anon over a fresh account is when even a persistent pseudonym is too much correlatable signal — you don't want this post linked to your other posts via writing style, posting time, or pattern, not just your legal name. That's a narrower need than most people using the feature probably have.
