Nowadays I don’t have much time, but Minecraft Java with a ton of mods is super fun.
This is especially true for industrial or technical mods like Create, which allow construction of entire steampunk cities and factories, or ComputerCraft for Lua scripting.

Minecraft is a great way to empty the mind. What's even better than playing it tho is the guys that on YT talk you through how to make a melon farm.
