You think that's a flaw in Monero if you send it to a KYC exchange?

I suppose you should obviously avoid a KYC-compliant site for that sort of thing, or for exchanging bitcoins of dubious origin. I don’t know, perhaps use a site like ‘Trocador’ or ‘ExchangeNow’ where you can exchange bitcoin for Monero.
