What do you all think about this situation with ColBitcoin? This person has blocked my funds on the "Presta SATs" Telegram bot, where they act as the custodian for the BTC used in transactions. I haven't been able to access my funds for 26 days. I have provided the information I have to prove that the transaction involves my BTC, including the Lightning Network preimage and evidence that the funds originated from my wallet. However, ColBitcoin maintains that the BTC do not belong to me and refuses to help me recover them. The most concerning part is that, since my account was blocked, I have received virtually no solution or concrete explanation. My impression is that they are simply dragging the situation out. Has anyone else had a similar experience with ColBitcoin or Presta SATs? I’m looking to hear about other people's experiences and get your thoughts on this case.
