Alexei has a well-balanced approach to Bitcoin that is incredibly rare to see in a world full of “Bitcoin, not blockchain” bullshit.
The world is not full of Bitcoin maximalists. There are far more people promoting and trading altcoins than Bitcoin. Bitcoin might have the largest individual market-cap, but add up the market-caps of all cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin is a small part of the cryptocurrency market.
There are way more bitcoin users than altcoin users. Except monero where people actually use the tool to transact, altcoins are being traded (badly 🤣) by big players and sons of rich dad I've met lot of people willing to take payments in bitcoin no one accepts alts.
the world is at 0.001% full of btc maximalist at best, anyway what means maximalist fuck this

Definitely agree there are far more people promoting and trading altcoins then Bitcoin. I don't focus on "crypto" much, I only focus on Bitcoin in a broad sense.
The issue I see is the current Bitcoin community is divided awkwardly with some weird dogmatism. For example, stablecoins have value for a lot of people in a way that Bitcoin doesn't. Most of that is happening in other chains.
So Alexei's takes of being able to separate the wheat from the chaff with what is good innovation that can be build around Bitcoin and what is noise is great IMO.

Only demonstrates how poorly people understand bitcoin. Conflating crypto and bitcoin together is stupid.
Crypto are just rube Goldberg machines tokenized for gamblers and dumb people. Bitcoin is a digital element that is the discovery of sound money in information
