I had an odd experience the other day. While recovering from a cold and still dealing with some annoying congestion, I happened across some free donuts. The moment I bit into the first donut, my congestion cleared and I could breath perfectly well. It only lasted for a few minutes past finishing the donut.
For the sake of science, I circled back around a bit later and grabbed another donut. Same exact effect.
Has anyone else ever noticed this? Is there a reasonable explanation?
Either way, next time you're stuffed up, eat a free donut for science.
Did the donut have powdered sugar on it?
No, it was a plain glazed. For the sake of science, I made sure the second one was also plain glazed.
Hmm, I was going to speculate about the decongestive powers of powdered sugar, but now I must go back to the drawing board.
Well, that's new to me anyway, so next time I'll just eat some powdered sugar.
I am going to say no but if it works for you I suggest you go with it.
Give it a shot
Who cares, just go with the narrative
You better believe more testing will be done
Mint-glazed donut?
No, I've never even heard of such a creature.
Hahaha, I saw all sorts of things regarding food in Peru.
It sounds good
