I think most people aren't. It's hard to do if you're not trying to do it because it's really filling and pretty boring ime - that's why people do all those protein bars and shakes.
But that's pretty much why I'll have to endure surveillance for the remainder of the time baby is in utero

Similar findings, that babies catch up. It remains to be seen how dysfunctional placenta is, because the other thing we know is that the flow between umbilical cord and placenta is suboptimal due to where they connected.
