no need for a BIP. anyone can use Sat to buy Nah directly via the link attached at the end of the post.
just make sure you have an open source wallet that support Bitcoin's Rune Protocol, for example, UniSat Wallet. you can Google for details on how to use UniSat Wallet to go to DotSwap and buy Nah.

unit bias is a psychological tendency to price things in whole and easily countable numbers. people can't price things in 0.0000x btc, so that's why Sat is now being used as the unit of account.
my post shows that Nah can function as the unit of account better than Sat can, making hyperbitcoinization and Satoshi Nakamoto's original vision - a peer to peer electronic cash system - a reality for every individual.
