To use the EU as an example, if I say "millions must go," and I get arrested for saying such, then it really doesn't matter what anyone says about anything because the government has already decided what the truth is and what must be done about any particular issue. The PRC government is the ultimate arbiter of truth, is it not? So why talk about anything?
