ha thanks. my goal for these kids under 4th grade is to have fun, learn about soccer, and do their best. to me that makes youth win! if they win the game that’s a bonus. you’re only a kid once, right?
Society has it backwards. we measure youth success by winning, but it should be learning and growing into a good human being. then adults have no clue if they are winning or losing. most are losing at work and have no care or clue.
The Fiat industrial sports business model has broken youth development and by thinking they are creating winners, parents are wasting money, burning out kids, and just stroking their egos.
