Poor Quino. He gave everything in the line of duty and was only 5 years old. What a beautiful dog.

Quino, the rescue dog from the Valencian NGO IAE, participated in missions in Venezuela, Turkey, Morocco, and Brazil. He died this week in Valencia, two months after hemorrhages of unknown origin and irreversible kidney failure.

Quino was never the same rescue dog who landed in Valencia as a hero after participating in search operations following the earthquake in Venezuela. A few hours after setting foot on Spanish soil, the Labrador that had searched the rubble of La Guaira began to bleed from the nose. Two months later, without veterinarians being able to determine the origin of the illness, he died. He was 5 years old.
