Do you have a favorite type of coffee, or way to drink it?
so the Southeast Asian way to drink coffee is to add condensed milk. But after living in Japan for two years, I have grown to like the taste of black coffee (notwithstanding the criticism that coffee in Japan is so bland to the extent of tasting like diluted water). These days, I drink kopi o kosong (that’s how we call black coffee with no milk and sugar here)

I think I was thinking of the coffee snobs around me who state their preference for real coffee in Australia (whatever real means to them) and deride everything else haha
I usually drink instant coffee, Nescafe with hot water with some milk :) I believe i only use coffee for staying awake
that sounds like an economical way to indulge in coffee haha

I used to enjoy pour over using a beehive, but I've moved towards espresso in the last few years. Makes me feel less jittery.
