Median is a whole different animal, of course. A ballpark number would probably be around $100K. More than two thirds in Miami do not own their home is why it seems lower than you might guesstimate. At the same time, I don't know if this is jurors on cases only or includes those just showing up for jury duty -- as that could skew the median number significantly down even further.

What is the median amount?
Median: $10
Proof: The set of values are: $1, $10, $8,989. With an odd number of values, the median is the middle value. In this case, that's $10
