Now that is definitely an article that would be worth reading, especially the part that critiques consumerism; which is a fiat money driven cancer because fiat and contentment can't co-exist together. I've been mulling over a post that would be called something like "Everything is Bullshit".

Consumers have to realize that they don't need most of the crap they're being sold and, in many cases, would be better off without it.

The politically supported stuff is harder, but ultimately similar. If people keep believing they need what's being sold to them, then it will persist.
