I was in KITTE a little under a year ago. It was interesting looking the shops and all the very nice things and then i'd look at the price tag and exclaim 'oh!' and eventually I realised I didn't feel I could afford a single thing in the whole building. Quite interesting in a land where a McChicken costs $1.50. there is a viewing platform in this building where you can watch the shinkansen depart Tokyo station, it's pretty sweet. And all the other trains too of course but damn those bullet trains are sick.
