4 eggs
200 g unsalted butter
300 ml milk

a teaspoon of rum (optional)
Strawberries to taste

35x25 cm mold
6 people

In a bowl, add the 4 eggs, melted butter, milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat with a mixer at high speed until all the ingredients are combined.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture. Add the vanilla and rum essence. Beat until smooth and free of lumps.

Line the tray with parchment paper and add the mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Chop the strawberry into pieces and add it to the mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

You can substitute yogurt for milk.

Looks very easy to make and tasty. I like that it doesn't have icing on it. Feels healthier. Haha

reply

Yeah, you just have to ignore the amount of sugar and butter, hahaha.

It's quick and easy to make.

Looks so juicy and soft, just how I like it :) But I’d go with cherries instead of strawberries to make it even juicier :))

reply

It sounds delicious; substituting it sounds like a good idea, too.

Looks so yummy! The more strawberries and rum you add, the better it gets!
