Think about it. Messi gets the ball, Ronaldo makes the run. Ronaldo gets the ball, Messi is waiting in the box. For once, neither of them has to beat the other.

They just have to find each other.

We've spent years watching these two fight for the same spotlight. Millions of fans picked a side and defended it like their lives depended on it. And after all that, the most satisfying ending might be seeing Messi put a ball through to Ronaldo and Ronaldo bury it.
