For a while I've been working on a online bulletin board powered by nostr & sats. The way it works is pretty simple: every note on the board has been paid for. The more sats, the higher the rank. Newer sats account for more, so in time, older notes slowly fade away (after 30 days sats are halved). Also all paid notes are stored on the relay (wss://relay.holoboard.space) and served in the correct order, so you can basically view the board on any client that supports relay feeds.

This is interesting and I already have a few questions. When someone pays sats to put a note on the board where do those sats actually go? Do they go to the person who created the note? Do they support the relay and Holoboard itself? Or is the payment split somehow? Can an existing note receive more sats later and move back up the board? Is there a minimum amount required to publish? I am also curious about moderation. Since ranking is based on sats what prevents someone from simply paying enough to keep spam or promotional content near the top? And since the paid notes are stored on
wss://relay.holoboard.spacecan another Nostr client interact with the board directly or is publishing still something that needs to happen through Holoboard? I like the idea and I am trying to understand how the sats side and the relay side fit together.
