I didn't understand how you used the canola oil. Is the duck cooking in it directly, or is it just conducting the heat?

the Canola oil is both the dielectric fluid to cool the miner and I simultaneously cook the food submerged in the hot canola oil enclosed in a silicone bag. The hot oil is pumped through a heat exchanger to heat the water in the hot water heater. Canola oil is the most accessible dielectric fluid I could find for immersion Bitcoin mining.
