no seed oils consumed. I actually use the spent oil as bar and chain oil in my chainsaws as well as oil in the gearbox of my brush chopper. planning on trying to make sawdust logs with it and heat the house this winter too.

sous vide with canola oil, nice. I am glad, i was worried you eat the canola oil as well, that'd be very bad for your health ( seed oil hater here )
