I'm about to take a day to do bot retro, i.e. analyzing and fixing harnesses and skills. Maybe try migrating GLM off codex, into pi. Maybe try Astra with codex. Not sure. But I did an hour of this on some Kimi traces yesterday and it got way more efficient now.

So far it's mostly been pre-code redesign stuff:

1. get top nav to be only one row on both mobile and desktop
2. adding a second right hand column to pages to improve readability (narrower means lower error rate finding the next line) and gives us more area to provide ancillary context (related posts, table of contents, live comments, etc).
3. generating a new color palette improving contrast in both light and dark mode while avoiding using semantic colors as accent colors.

Most of that is like 80% settled now.

I'll probably be spending the rest of the week reviewing code while proving out some of the above in a slop branch.

Last miles on the new Pub Dashboard

Things that would typically necessitate a restart are some of the trickier things to expose safely via a remote dashboard, esp where not everyone would use the systemd installer.

Restore tests for backups and their UX flow is going to bring pain too.

The wizard for start9/umbrel going with this, that runs from Pub directly not wallet so a bit of UI and interface duplication there... but it's necessary for those devices to even get someone going.

Node personas should make things... interesting, once the Nostr heads fully grasp it.

New dash ships as next wallet release, which has other ui touch to it and maybe even social payment pages.
