The platforms are not listed in order of preference, Hodl Hodl does not have enough peer-to-peer buy and sell offers from Africa although we are still testing it out and will add to the list as soon as we are done testing. We appreciate you bringing BISQ not being Bitcoin only to our attention and have made the necessary corrections.
