I haven't turned on some intl news tv channel in a year or so but if I would, I bet I'd see a world at war, a bunch of retarded crusaders and somehow religion still being at the center stage of at least half the wars. It all just got a bit more asynchronous and agile.
Civil war is a good one tho and I think that it's, like occupation, among the riskier for an institution. Closeness to home and all.
You posted something about a visit a year or so ago, which was definitely showing that they pretty much got their shit figured out. So I do think that your resilience point stands. It's interesting to figure out the tools in the toolbox to make it so.
