Protocol for decentralized DNS/identity using Bitcoin and Nostr.

The goals are:

• sovereignty: running an indexer is simple
• scalability: block space won't be cheap forever
• censorship resistance: your identity cannot be easily erased

When I'm finished, hopefully I will have a protocol spec and a fully functional indexer/explorer.
