Currently, VLS does not use any multi-signer protocol like FROST.  In the future we MIGHT.  It really depends on what we end up going with to consider for k-of-n.  Overall, the Real Problem is not in fact signing --- signing is the easy part, and if NOIST is better, that is fine too (By my understanding FROST requires simultaneously-online setup for all N signers). I learned about VLS on here last night. I wasn't aware of the project. Love that it's in Rust. Seems to solve some real operational problems.

I just saw from the docs that VLS uses FROST. Any plans to integeate NOIST for async multiparty signing?
