You keep acting like this dynamic is optional. State force is at play. If I work, I expend $70k worth of energy and receive $60k in return because $10k goes to taxes, I am net negative. If I don't work, yet receive the benefits of tax-funded services such as bombing the IRGC, I am net positive. In many cases my enemies are footing the bill. Simple math dictates that waging is for suckers.
