This whole story keeps getting weirder and weirder.

The British police said on Thursday they had arrested a 27-year-old dual British-Iranian national on suspicion of preparation of terrorist acts in connection with Sunday’s incident near an air base in England used by the American military.

I wonder if they are starting to think that the incident on Sunday was a dry run? I guess it also could have been a massive arson plan, maybe?
