Some years ago, when you went to a beautiful place, you stopped to contemplate it, to enjoy the beautiful view that nature was offering you. Nowadays, you stop to make one (or many!?) selfie and to find the right selfie to post on social media: twenty shots, only three acceptable faces. Then comes the Hamletian question: «Which one should I post?»
And you don't know what all this zeal in choosing the photos shows: confidence in ourselves, because we like our face, or a little bit of distrust, which pushes us to photograph ourselves until we like ourselves?
A million-dollar question.
There is nothing wrong in taking a photo and keeping a memory. But, from time to time, you can put the phone in your pocket and contemplate nature in peace and quiet, without caring about posts, likes and comments.
Photobomb the twits. They are as annoying as someone having a phone conversation in the public bathroom stall next to you. I just flush the toilet 50,000 times until they get a clue they can't talk without the party on the other line suddenly asking, "Are you talking to me on the toilet?!?"
