As a referrer you get 10% of the award winners award. So if he were the referrer of everyone awarded yesterday, he would've earned 73,065 sats.

Given the rewards power-ish law, if he referred one of the top 1 or 2 people, 26k is possible.

I haven't looked at the data though so I'm just speculating.

I've been meaning to give people the option to set their referrer. Right now it's super opaque and makes it less of a game.
