I have not evaluated their provably fair claim, but this looks cool:

You need a bark wallet, which for now is Noah Wallet or Arke.

I've used Noah and its pretty slick. Haven't tested Arke.

On chain fees cut against the profitability for trustless Bitcoin gambling at scale, so maybe Ark is a necessary prerequisite. I wasn't around for SatoshiDice when it existed, but I'm surprised that concept died out instead of evolving.

No, but I also don't know enough about the original SatoshiDice to commit to a prediction on Ark compatibility in the first place.
