I live in Europe and I'm planning to visit USA in a couple of months.

I've been trying to get some USD in cash but no luck so far.

BTC will be use whenever I can to pay, but no everyone will accept it, so I need a second way to pay.

How do you manage when traveling to a different FIAT destination?, do you use your daily credit card and the bank exchange rates? Or do you use a neo bank that allows you to have different currencies in the account?

Last time I traveled my bank charge a special tax for paying in another currency.
