I already gave you the solution to your problem, talk to your custodian about them blocking your account:
Contact Spark's customer support and complain that they froze they money in your account, just like you would for your fiat bank account.
This only solves your problem temporarily since you will continue to suffer from permissioned systems until you switch to a sovereign protocol like Lightning or Ark:
I'd recommend using Lightning or Ark instead of custodians like Liquid and Spark.

I will say in hindsight that I over reacted to your post. I am sorry.
I went back and checked out Noah wallet and downloaded that on Testflght to try it out. I had Arke which doesn't seem to be getting much support. Anyways, I'll give it a try.
Another solution(s) for my wife, CoinOS, and Alby. I run a hub.

How did you diagnose the problem? What makes you think the failed transactions are the result of them freezing funds or blocking?
