Yeah... that part is a bit sus. But honestly it might not matter too much. I think the breakthrough is being able to accept card payments with no KYC. Which is craaaaazy.

Worth reading Malum's own https://malum.to/legal/fee-schedule before relying on the no-KYC part. It lists "Standard KYC / KYB verification: Free", enhanced due diligence at £45 per case, Travel Rule messages at £0.30 each, and a risk-based account reserve shown in the dashboard.

The https://malum.to/legal/refund-and-chargeback-policy says a disputed amount is held against the merchant's balance while the chargeback runs (£15 per chargeback received), and that Malum may claw back funds after settlement from your balance or future settlements.

On cost and timing, the same schedule shows cards at 4.9% + £0.30 (marked indicative, with the live rate in the dashboard), crypto payouts within 1 hour of confirmation at network fee plus a 0.1% conversion margin, and 30 days' notice for fee changes. That differs from the 7% + $0.30 quoted above, so check which rate your dashboard actually shows.
