I normally watch this guy's channel for his content on security and related issues (he's great and well worth the watch if you want to know the ins and outs of things like fire doors and hotel room security and a zillion other things), but this week was just a huge deep dive into absinthe, and holy crap did this keep going deeper and deeper. If you're a fan of absinthe at all, well worth the watch.
