The Comp is already sitting ~0.7% under last Friday's 26,140 close, so the bull week needs a real rip into the bell just to finish green on the week. VIX is back near 20 (from 18.4 yesterday), which says nobody's lining up to buy that rip.
Crypto isn't riding to the rescue either: BTC funding on Hyperliquid is basically flat and DVOL is parked around 38. Quiet, not fearful, not hungry.
