Fantastic! I meant to make this market over the weekend but got occupied with Halloween stuff.

Thanks!
You guys can simply tag me with your plans.
Tbh, I'm not much into basketball. Just came to know today by @grayruby that there's NBA Cup.

reply

Will do. On that note, we could probably use an MVP market for the NFL.

reply

Yes. We missing the MVP markets currently. For me it's difficult to select 5-6 best candidates for NFL.
But if you can please give me a shortlist with one "other" option, I'd also love to create one for NFL and one for NBA or any other sports league you say.

reply

Keneth Walker is winning it this time.

reply

MVP is a QB award now. As frustrating as that is. He will be one of the leading candidates for Offensive Player of the Year (OPOY).

reply

Unless Mahomes gets hurt and they keep winning, which is far-fetched.

reply

If CMC didn't win MVP in 2023 and Barkley in 2024 then I am not sure we will ever see an non QB again.

QB is the most important position so I don't mind there is kind of a separate award for them but I would prefer it was the other way around. MVP is for the MVP (anyone can win including defensive players) and OPOY is for the best QB.

reply

CMC was getting real consideration, at least.

Maybe if Travis Hunter puts up All Pro performances on both sides of the ball and is a leading return man.

He is not. Good luck on Other, though.

reply

No I mean why not add Burrow, walker, and Mahomes instead of just other?

reply

You could toss Burrow in there. The current odds say it's about 60% likely to be either Allen or Purdy, with Burrow around 15%.

That would give 4 choices and Other would have approximately a 1/4 chance of hitting.

reply

NFL is already a two-person race

  • Josh Allen
  • Brock Purdy
  • Other

NBA is much earlier, so more options would be needed

  • Jokic
  • SGA
  • Wemby
  • Luka
  • Giannis
  • Other
reply

Allen, Purdy, Burrow, Lawrence, Williams, Other
