My fav trick there, tho, is to open an article (often/sometimes in incognito) and immediately go ctrl-p --- and read the full article in pre-print mode. It's wonderfully funny

Do tell us how. On some sites I can use https://smry.ai/, but NYT doesn't appear to be one of them...
