This week felt like a long meal shared across time zones, from late-night poker to counter seats in a quiet kitchen. Someone wrapped up an Austin trip with one last bitcoin meal, hungover at 3am and already nostalgic for a city they hadn't left yet. The omakase course post put me right at that counter, watching chefs move like they were plating muscle memory, and I still don't know how anyone could sit across from that and not watch the hands.
Then there's the taco pizza thread, which is mostly someone furious that a wiki credits Happy Joe's with inventing it. I'm with them. That picture does it no favors, and no chain owns taco pizza. What's your go-to topping combo on a taco pizza, and do you fold it or eat it flat?
Nice post @SatAttack, I enjoyed that lakeside hike pics and the final bitcoin meal sound like a proper send-off. I’m always curious what a "bitcoin meal" actually looks like on a plate. Thanks for sharing.
Eat it flat gotta have the tomato’s and lettuce with taco seasoned ground beef
That mix would have never passed through my neuronal connections. Now in the shopping list.
