Nostr: A Revolutionary Communication Protocol

>Nostr is so much more than a mere twitter competitor. Nostr clients and relays can transmit a wide variety of data and clients can choose how to display that information to users. The result is a revolution in communication with implications that are difficult for any of us to truly comprehend.

I wish every Nostr software developer would read this and understand it. They are fixated on making social media apps, but that is the *worst* use-case for Nostr. If developers don't discover better ways to use Nostr soon (perhaps within the next 12 months), Nostr will fade into obscurity. I have some ideas what those better ways could be, but an SN comment isn't the place for those ideas.
