Bitcoin Design is organizing an event on May 18 to help improve accessibility of bitcoin wallets. This is sorely needed, as most wallets fail at the most basic things, like ensuring buttons have proper labels. Most of these are extremely easy to fix, but are insurmountable barriers to people with low vision, etc. Personally, I think it would be amazing if bitcoiners could really nail accessibility in the spirit of permissionlessness and financial inclusion. We're still planning, but I thought I'd share here and see what everyone thinks.
More on the accessibility day.
And if someone is familiar with React Native, I'd love support for making QR codes in Blue Wallet accessible via this issue.
