Thee may be some weird dynamics regarding who transactions get distributed and mined the further from the "center of hash" a transaction is--because those transactions will originate from places with less mining power, increased chance to be censored, right? Hence the Bitcoin: Mars (aka "Muskcoin") theory, lol.
