This is pretty cool.
But what happens if in the future, wherever I am, I don’t have access to Sparrow wallet for whatever reason? Are there other applications or devices that can regenerate the wallet from my grid?
I’m a paranoid doomsday prepper. I stamp my words in stainless steel and also memorize them as backup (I use pictograms to make the words easier to remember). But I’d definitely consider this as an alternative.

the grid is used to memorize the words... they are standard 12 word or 24 word seed phrases, the grid thing is a way to remember easier- you can theoretically make a bunch of copies of the grid physical/digital and not compromise the seed.
lots of ideas possible with this concept even for tattoos if you are into that

ithink its easier to just make a wallet with electrum and memorize the 12-word mnemonic

Yes the grid generation is also separate. You could create an arbitrary grid to hide seed backups from evil maid

This looks very interesting.
I am not sure about the randomness of it but as a way for a temporary wallet it is perfectly fine.
I am confused that they let you choose the last word. I thought the last word was calculated from the other words as a checksum.
And why do you need to memorize one word? Wasn't good enough to draw pattern of all words?
