I spent way too much money on this agreement so I wanted to open source it for all. It would be amazing to collect other Bitcoin LLC agreements in a single place. If there is other places I should post this, please let me know.

If you happen to have a guide on establishing relationships with green energy power companies to buy up their excess power at low power use times and shutdown at high usage times, I'd love to look at that as well. Many many many power companies need Bitcoin mining.
