Yes, every single holder should have at least 90% portfolio in Bitcoin, if not 100%. That's my first advice when I talk to newbies. And only if someone really likes gambling - use this tiny rest for gambling. For one purpose: to increase your own bitcoin stash. (imagine the Bitcoin dominance level on Coinmarketcap in such a case :)
