Haha, I've seen that site many times. Only today did I realize that I can hover over a specific entry, and it will say the corresponding shitcoin from Coinmarketcap for that rank.

e.g., currently The #28 (Shitcoin #27) is Ethereum Classic, which corresponds to #28 on CoinMarketCap.
