I wonder how "on the hush" countries can keep it if they really get into it at scale.
After all, the hashrate can be localized, at least up to a point.
I did a quick check: Bhutan never appeared on the list of countries with the most hashrate, and those lists have "others" between ~4 and 8%, over the past years.
