I would like to see LN wallets integrate RSS feeds for blogs just like we're seeing with podcasts so writers can also get in on 4v4 easier
and if the likes of the fountain app would add it too

I would like the same! This will be big! Lightning can bring monetization to RSS articles.
some time in 2020 I experimented with this and added lightning support to feedbin: (https://vimeo.com/448816127)
Now with Alby this will work so much smoother.
