Just published the 34th issue of Latest Strikes, a weekly recap of the latest news around the Lightning Network!
I usually only post a link on StackerNews, but I figured I might as well try something new this time. Here's a very short TL;DR of what's inside this week issue:
- lots of stuff around submarine swaps, with Boltz being integrated into BoltObserver's automation tool (automatically swap out when the inbound liquidity of a channel is depleted), musig2 becoming the default in Loop, and @super_testnet submarine swaps tool using Nostr as an open order book ;
- lots of automation stuff, with the aforementioned new automation flows in BoltObserver, and automatic channel fees updates in Lightning Terminal ;
- using sats to vote, as showcased by Geyser and Mash ;
- a short research paper looking at the reliability of close range mesh networks for Lightning payments ;
- and a lot more things that you can discover in the blog post!
Another new thing I tried in this issue is quoting some sources using Nostr Highlights. It's still very raw right now, but I'll try to see how I can integrate highlights into Ghost and Hugo websites in a more elegant way in the future.
Cheers,
Fanis
