Why would CEX avoid listing them? They don't give a dam about what they list, they get money from any transaction on any pair. Expect CEX to list any shitty coin if they expect a juicy market on it.

There is no "CEX ethics", and they all made it clear when they listed BCH and BSV a few years ago.
